The Can Caus restaurant is part of a complex dedicated to the recovery, production and marketing of traditional Ibiza products, such as sausages, traditional cheeses and other dairy products.All these local products, of km0, go from the farm to the table of the guests, ready to be enjoyed in a warm restaurant, and whose walls hang photographs dating from the early 20th century depicting images of the restaurant in former times.
The menu includes dishes from popular culture and traditional cuisine.
