The Restaurant has been run since 1988 by the Pujolet family and offers Ibizan cuisine all year round, with views of the sea. The raw material is selected daily from the best products on the island, consuming the fabulous product of the Ibizan sea, fish in an artisanal way, as well as the vegetables provided by their organic garden and from other farmers.
They offer traditional and carefully prepared cuisine, with a flavor of the island of Ibiza.
