Beso Beach Ibiza continues its 2026 season from the exceptional natural setting of Ses Salines, once again establishing itself as one of the island’s must-visit destinations for those seeking an experience that blends gastronomy, lifestyle and the authentic spirit of the Mediterranean.

With beach service available from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM and restaurant service from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Beso Beach invites guests to enjoy every moment of the day by the sea, in an atmosphere where great food, music and the brand’s distinctive energy come together to create memorable experiences.
This season, the restaurant presents an evolution of its culinary offering, reinterpreting its gastronomic essence through new flavours, techniques and creative touches. The menu remains rooted in the high-quality ingredients and Basque-Mediterranean inspiration that define Beso Beach, while introducing new dishes designed to surprise both loyal guests and first-time visitors.
Summer 2026 also brings a curated programme of exclusive gastronomic experiences, featuring renowned guest chefs and unique collaborations that will place cuisine at the heart of the season.
The first of these events will take place on 27 June, welcoming renowned Belgian chef Paul Delrez. Known for his product-driven cuisine, passion for open-fire cooking and contemporary approach to sharing food, Delrez will present a special menu created exclusively for the occasion. Later in the season, on 31 July, Beso Beach Ibiza will host chefs Kike Casarrubias and Mon Estrada, the team behind OXTE, the Michelin-starred restaurant in Paris, and creators of Papalote, their upcoming restaurant project in Barcelona. Together, they will present a unique dining experience that blends contemporary Mexican cuisine with Mediterranean influences, specially designed for Beso Beach Ibiza. These collaborations reinforce Beso Beach’s commitment to offering exceptional culinary experiences and bringing some of the most exciting gastronomic talent from the international scene to Ibiza.
