La Gaia restaurant is the flagship restaurant of Ibiza Gran Hotel, where art, design and sophistication combine perfectly to present haute cuisine through an experience that embraces all the senses. The inspiration for the creation of the tasting menus that make up the gastronomic proposal of La Gaia is found in the local raw materials, resulting in unique gastronomic proposals that extol the quality of the natural resources of our magical environment. We define our gastronomic proposal as the perfect fusion between the Mediterranean, haute cuisine and artistic expression at the service of the best local produce, a sensory and enveloping journey that appeals to all five senses and transcends the concept of gastronomic experience.
