Located away off of buzzling Dalt Vila, with easy access & parking, Tsuma Ibiza Restaurant is an elegant approach on the popular sushi counter style of restaurant. At Tsuma,diners can choose wheter to be seated at the table, or around the counter where they can enjoy the spectacle of food being prepared in front of them.
Tsuma Ibiza's menu is made up of both traditional and contemporary sushi, sashimi and signature appetizers, sensibly priced to reflect the extremely high quality of the ingredients that go in to every item. We also offer a wide selection of sake to enhance and complement the meal.
Our chefs are highly skilled and trained by Japanese chefs, who have thought them how to prepare and accompany each fish with its own unique method and ingredients that will bring out the finest taste.
At Tsuma we want to take You for a journey, where the quality, flavour and a perfect balance play a main role. The toppings used on our sushi and sashimi are specifically selected, because they enhance and complement the flavour of the fish without taking it away.

TAKE AWAY: Tuesday-Saturday 14:00-23:00
SUNDAYS: "Happy sushi" take away boxes (from 12:00 - 14:00)
To avoid any waste of food, they offer take-away sets with pickup at a very attractive price. Available till are sold.
