XXIII edition H&T, "Salón de Innovación en Hosteleria"

From April 26 to 28, 2021, Fycma (Palacio de Ferias y Congresos de Málaga) will organize the twenty-third edition of H&T, Salón de Innovación en Hosteleria.
 
The event will take place at the Malaga fairgrounds, and will bring together renowned chefs, including nine Michelin Stars. They will present the latest trends in creativity, design and innovation in gastronomy, as well as internationally renowned sommeliers and bartenders.
 
They foresee an extensive program of activities and contents around innovation and new culinary trends and will have in its exhibition area with a wide representation of companies and producers of the agri-food sector, where the local and regional product will reach great prominence.
 
The world of wine will also play a leading role.
Thanks to the participation of professional sommeliers, there will be a specialized program of tastings and presentations of different beverages such as wine, beer and cocktails of high elaboration.
 
 In addition, the space will host on Wednesday, April 28 the seventh edition of the 'Young Cooking Contest Taste of Malaga' which each year rewards the work and effort of the students of the catering schools in the province and that, in its last edition, was attended by a dozen students.
