Gastro Event in Ibizkus
The third Gastro Event was on October 31st in Ibizkus, located on the road from Ibiza to Santa Eulalia, which we repeated on November 13 with different attendees.
After welcoming all the attendees, director Henrik Smith shared with everyone some of the important points of his work before giving the word to his sommelier Andrei Archer.
During an entertaining talk, the participants were able to enjoy exquisite wines from the Ibizkus range. The tasting began with a white, followed by the rosé, both from the 2019, and ended with the reds of 2018 and 2016.
While the attendees enjoyed a wonderful mixture of aromas and flavors, they had the opportunity to learn about some details of the different stages necessary to achieve a high-quality wine.
To accompany this fabulous wine tasting, a delicious snack was offered, with local products such as “sobrasada”, olives and Ibizan almonds.
