Located in Portinatx, facing the sea, it recovers one of the oldest and most honest forms of cooking: open fire. Fire transforms, warms, and connects, serving as the thread woven through the entire experience. The kitchen avoids unnecessary artifice, allowing the flames to reveal each ingredient’s true character rather than disguise it.
Seafood from the day's catch, seasonal vegetables, and aged meats transition over charcoal into dishes made to be shared. Plates travel naturally from hand to hand as time slows down and afternoons stretch gently toward sunset.
