David Grussaute, the genius behind the stove, presents a most interesting gastronomic proposal.
This chef aims to authentically capture the legacy of Platja d'en Bossa as one of the main fishing ports on the island, with a rich, privileged natural environment and large areas of crops.
His search for our purest roots does not necessarily push him towards the past, either: he is able to masterfully mix tradition and avant-garde in an unconventional menu.
All this, added to the use of high-quality raw materials and kilometre zero, makes it the perfect modern representation of our culinary history.
A complete journey through the flavors of Ibiza
Their two menus, “Unic” and “La Xanga”, are a true journey through our geography.
Both begin with a prelude of varied starters, with characteristic flavours such as almond, red shrimp or crostes, and other more surprising ones such as posidonia.
Next, you can immerse yourself in the intensity of the marine flavours of our crayfish, and in the case of the “Unic” menu, taste characteristic fish such as moray eel.
Returning to dry land, our Ibizan suckling pig and a cromesqui of goat and cheese await you.
The desserts, with stimulating and surprising names such as “La vie en rose” or “Pitiusas, pine islands”, will be the final touch along with the “Petit fours” to a complete and stimulating trip like no other.

A location steeped in history
On the Ibizan coast, Unic is nourished by a unique location that gives meaning to its entire essence .
On one side, the Renaissance walls of Dalt Vila; on the other, the Torre des Carregador, whose construction dates back to before the 18th century.
In the center, what was one of the main fishing industries and the first salt port, surrounded at that time by the large orchards of Ibiza.
And today, Platja d’en Bossa represents one of the beaches with the greatest offer of leisure, gastronomy, maritime activities and impressive views of our beloved Mediterranean Sea.
