After a more than 15 years of experience together in F&B around Spain, England and Singapore, Mónica A. Patiño and Jorge A. Conde are now based in the middle of Ibiza Island behind Overall´s long counter, a room where the open kitchen is merged with the bar area.
A vibrant atmosphere where unique experiences are created with the focus on flavour. From ancestral preservation techniques, lique fermentation and smoking methods, to modern like vacuum distillation. Overall offers a 7 to 12 course tasting menu that changes about every month, guests can choose the whole experience with an optional truly unique liquid pairing, or choose a selection from the daily special dishes, that normally come from the daily R&D. There is no cocktail menu but don´t you worry about drinks, hundreds of homemade bottles are
waiting to be mixed under your flavour preference or mood of the day.
