From Eating in Ibiza, we want to first thank all the restaurants that participated, their commitment to these Gastro Days, always offering the best of our sea and our land. We are proud of the great professionalism of the chefs present on our island, and in these difficult times for the restaurant industry, we would like to highlight the value of all of those who allow us to enjoy wonderful moments around a good table.
Last but not least, we would like to thank everyone who has come to any of these restaurants to enjoy Ibizan gastronomy, sometimes already known but always so appreciated, and to all those who have enjoyed a true culinary experience . Thanks to all of them, these Gastro Jornadas have been a great success.
