Gastro Event oil taste "Aceites de Ibiza"

The last Gastro Event was on November 14th, at the “Oleoteca Ses Escoles”, located on the San Juan road.
After receiving the attendees, Miquel Guasch and his daughter Neus Guasch, explained through a pleasant tour of their farm, the cultivation of olive trees and the different stages of olive maturation.

Next, they showed the oil mill in which they move their harvest after harvesting the fruit, and detailed the different stages necessary to obtain the precious liquid gold.
Finally, attendees were able to taste two excellent EVOO oils from the Guasch family. A picual oil and another Arbequina, from biological cultivation with the protected geographical indication “Oil of Ibiza”.
