Sant Josep de sa Talaia | |
Facing Es Vedrà, in the shade or on the rooftops, Petunia's three restaurants invite you on a journey. Discover a world of flavours, with fresh produce from the garden, the island and the sea.
  • La Mirada, by Petunia:
When night falls, you rise. On Petunia's rooftop, La Mirada is a pause with 360° views, Es Vedrà drawn against the horizon.
Here, raw cuisine takes the lead: oysters served natural, tuna tartare, scallops, beef barely seared. Ingredients cut with precision — Japanese technique, Mediterranean accent — where every bite reveals another nuance.
A bespoke cocktail, lounge music and that ever-astonishing sunset, as the sun slips behind the rock. The bar invites you to linger: a glass of cava, a conversation, the island at your feet. Dining on high. A moment suspended in time, to be lived fully and effortlessly.
La Mirada, at Petunia, a Beaumier hotel. The place to raise a glass to Ibiza, just as the day turns golden.
  • La Mesa d'Es Vedrà, by Petunia:

Petunia's flagship restaurant takes its name from the island it faces. Looking out to Es Vedrà, La Mesa d'Es Vedrà is fine dining with roots, where Balearic flavours are reimagined with finesse. At the helm, Mallorcan chef Baltasar Rigo works with the season: vegetables from the garden, fish from the market, traditional recipes brought into the present. Roasted aubergine with Mahón cheese, squid-ink rice with saffron aioli, confit cod with citrus.
Come evening, the table dresses up and the rock commands the scene. Elegant, honest cooking, deeply Mediterranean. The art of living, brought to the table.

  • Los Olivos, by Petunia:

In the shade of the gardens, by the pool, Los Olivos is the joyful simplicity of a summer lunch. A bright table for sharing, slowly, through the island's long, lingering days. Everything here invites you to unwind: tapas to nibble, plates to pass around, vegetables fresh from the garden. A cool gazpacho, a tomato salad, the croquetas of the day, the day's fresh catch, handmade pizzas from the wood-fired oven.
The produce leads and the season decides. Honest Mediterranean cooking, unfussy, made to be enjoyed between swims, facing Es Vedrà. This is the gentle rhythm of Ibiza by the sea: good company, southern flavours and a sun that makes
you want to stay.
