There are nights in Ibiza that start around a table and end up being much longer than expected.

So far dulce maintains that scenic character that defines the restaurant. Chocolate, fruit, pistachio, caviar or flambéed preparations give shape to desserts designed so that the last bite continues to surprise.
Lights, dinner, action!
At Lío Ibiza, the table and the stage are part of the same experience. As dinner progresses, the space comes alive through a cabaret show that combines theater, dance, music, acrobatics, and interaction with the audience.
Costumes, choreographies and staging accompany a proposal designed to break down the barriers between artists and spectators. The show can happen on stage, tour the room or directly involve those who are enjoying the evening, making each night have its own rhythm.
The presentation of the dishes also plays with this philosophy. The visual component is taken care of to accompany the theatrical character of the night and ensure that gastronomy and entertainment do not function as two independent experiences, but as parts of the same story.
From the table to the dance floor
When the show ends, the night still has a lot to say. Lío changes pace and the space is transformed into a club: the lights, music and DJs take over to continue the experience until the early hours of the morning.
Its location in front of the sea in Marina Ibiza also provides one of the most recognisable settings in the city. The views towards Dalt Vila accompany an evening that can start with a Mediterranean dinner, continue between cabaret and acrobatics and finish dancing.
