The first Gastro Event was on October 17th at the Ibiza Púnica farm, located on the road from Santa Gertrudis to San Miguel. Isabel Castillo, who manages the edible flowers part, accompanied the attendees throughout the tour and explained the different properties of the plants, in an entertaining route through the orchard in which she also exposed the gastronomic properties of the cultivated flowers.
In the second part of the day, the owner and farmer Toni Sastre explained the current cultivation procedure in detail. In addition, the attendees were able to take some products that they collected themselves: lettuce, flowers, etc.
To end the day, attendees were offered a delicious snack with Ibizan products.
