The restaurant Café Montesol, located in the historic center, is a true jewel of Ibiza's history, which has been renovated to be the perfect refuge in summer and the place to take shelter when the cold weather arrives. The favorite place of the local community, especially to enjoy with friends.
Decades of history, whispered from table to table, have passed through Café Montesol. It has been a meeting place for artists from the world of cinema, such as Orson Welles or Grace Kelly, and music, such as Pink Floyd.
The gastronomic offer, designed by chef Alex Larrea, proposes dishes made with local and seasonal ingredients, inspired by the culture and history of the Balearic Islands as well as tapas to share, accompanied by a cold beer or some of the best wines from small Spanish producers.
On the rooftop overlooking Dalt Vila is the cocktail bar, a place to escape the crowds and the hectic nightlife of Ibiza, which has a wide range of delicious cocktails, cold glasses of rosé, and the best beers to cool off in summer.
