Our chefs from around the world serve the finest Spanish aged beef, cooked over an open charcoal flame, as well as a host of elaborate delicacies, that will make meat lovers enjoy the very first dedicated steakhouse of the White Isle. In addition to picking their own cut of beef displayed on the climate-controlled “Cuts Gallery,” guests can choose their own knives from a very high tech selection. The concept focuses around semi-wild cattle reared in Angus and Kobe huts on the island, to ensure the meat produced is the best local hormone-free beef. The menu also includes other delicacies such as wild fish and delicious risottos, and mouth-watering desserts.
