We are attending Madrid Fusión for the third time, this time with the help of our Michelin stars to showcase our most authentic flavours through innovative dishes, focusing on quality local products.
We are presenting to the public products Made in Ibiza, such as DOP Honey, IGP oil and wines, herbs, sobrasada and flaó to show the richness of our gastronomy.
Gastronomika 2024
Eating in Ibiza, the product club of Fomento del Turismo de la isla de Ibiza, will present Ibiza as an outstanding gastronomic destination at San Sebastian Gastronomika.
For this 26th edition of San Sebastian Gastronomika, the Taste of Salia restaurant, located in the Hotel Can Salia, will represent local and seasonal cuisine.
Ibiza's participation in this meeting point for haute cuisine is being developed thanks to the collaboration agreement signed between Fomento Del Turismo de la Isla de Ibiza and Consell d'Eivissa / Ibiza Travel.
