A destination in itself, Yellow Fish Beach Club by W Ibiza is in a short stroll down the Santa Eulalia’s palm-fringed promenade, just metres from the hotel. A vibrant, boho-inspired oasis, where the chef brings his passion for local cuisine, offers a menu of Mediterranean dishes specializing in charcoal-cooked fish and meats and snacking on Hispanic tapas, along with an extensive cocktail, sangria and champagne menu or bottle service.
At the head of the kitchen is the Italian executive chef Martino Carillo, trained in Italy and with over 17 years of experience, has dedicated much of his professional career in Ibiza, acquiring a unique interpretation of local cuisine, developing his passion for Ibicencan gastronomy and zero-kilometre produce.
For both hotel guests and external guests, the beach club has reserved comfortable sun loungers on the beachfront to enjoy a day at the beach while savouring Mediterranean dishes and a select drinks menu. Double sun loungers are available upon reservation and require a minimum food and beverage consumption of 120€.
From Thursday to Sunday, get caught up in the rhythms with live DJ sets, band performances and other artist until sunset.
