Located in the impressive Hacienda Na Xamena, Ibiza, Eden restaurant is a magical place to experience nature and gastronomy.
Nature and the landscape are the source of our inspiration; we reinterpret and adapt produce from the land and our surroundings with a contrast between tradition and the avant-garde.
It is a cuisine based on the landscape, on seasonality and on local produce.
It is sustainable cuisine, in a globalised world that gets less authentic by the day.
The same pioneering philosophy that inspired the hotel's construction in 1971 inspires our cuisine more than 50 years later.

65% chocolate unctuous, hazelnut and carob praline, cocoa pulp sorbet.
Drinks are not included in the menu.
Lunch from 13:30 to 15:30 and dinner from 19:30 to 23:00.
